For universities & investigators

If your research question needs samples, cohorts or field access in a tropical disease setting, we are set up to be the site on the other end of the collaboration.

  • Cohorts

Access to regional populations across Atlántico, Magdalena and Bolívar for observational and interventional research.

  • Biobank

Biobank for sample storage supporting longitudinal and future-use research.

  • Apheresis

On-site apheresis for protocols with specialised collection requirements.

  • International sample logistics

Experience preparing and coordinating cross-border shipment of biological samples.

  • Ethics review

Our own institutional ethics committee reviews protocols in-house. It is registered with the U.S. OHRP (IRB00014411) and holds a Federalwide Assurance (FWA00034720), required to take part in research funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, including the NIH.
